Nenadi Usman reportedly returns N23m to FG

– Nenadi Usman, the director of finance of the
Goodluck Jonathan campaign organisation, is being
quizzed by the EFCC for allegedly receiving N2.5bn
from mysterious account to her company
– An EFCC source revealed that Usman was
cooperating with the agency and returned N23m to the
federal government
– She said that all her actions were based on the
instructions of the former president, and she did not
know that the funds belonged to taxpayers
Nenadi Usman is being quizzed by the Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission.
Nenadi Usman, a former finance minister, has
reportedly returned N23m to the federal government.
Usman, who served as the director of finance of the
Goodluck Jonathan campaign organisation, is being
quizzed by the Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission (EFCC) for allegedly receiving N2.5bn from
the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a reliable source
told The Punch that Usman was cooperating with the
anti-graft agency and promised to return more money.
During the interrogation, Usman stressed that all her
actions were based on the instructions of the former
president. She added that she did not know that the
funds belonged to taxpayers.

campaign director
She said that as the director of finance of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign
organisation, she was asked to set up a bank account
during the build-up to the election, which she did.
Usman revealed that all donations were made to
Jonathan’s campaign through Joint Trust Dimensions
Nigeria Limited. She noted that through the said account
funds were released to all campaign directors, zonal
coordinators and other related parties and groups which
campaigned for the PDP.
According Usman, Femi Fani-Kayode, the director of
publicity, was paid N840m through the same account.
Chief Olu Falae, the chairman of the Social Democratic
Party, and Rashidi Ladoja, also allegedly received
N100m each through the said account.
“She told us that she did not know the funds belonged to
the Federal Government. However, we asked her why she
didn’t verify and also why didn’t she set up an account
bearing the name of the PDP. Why did she use her company
account if not that she wanted to keep things secret,” the
source said.
Meanwhile, one of the campaign managers of
Jonathan’s re-election campaign said the National
Intelligence Agency (NIA) knew about the alleged
diversion of funds from the CBN.

Jonathan’s campaign funds
The EFCC source noted that the account was set up by
the NIA, which is under the office of the national
security adviser. He revealed that some officials of the
NIA had been already quizzed by the anti-graft agency
to explain why the account was set up.
“During the build-up to the last elections, when monies
were going to be diverted from the account of the CBN, the
Ministry of External Affairs Library was set up with the
connivance of officials of the NIA. It was done so that the
transaction would seem as if the money was being ed to a
federal government account and it would not raise any red
flags. The permanent secretary at the villa then drew up a
memo on the instructions of the president and the CBN
deposited the funds into the account of the Ministry of
External Affairs.
“From there, the money was paid into Joint Trust
Dimensions Nigeria Limited, from where monies were sent
to all stakeholders during the electioneering. Preliminary
investigations however suggest that the Ministry of External
Affairs Library does not even exist,” the source said.
Meanwhile, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav, a former
commissioner of the Lagos state police command,
urged Goodluck Jonathan to break the silence and
explain the role he played in the $2.1bn arms funds
scandal.
According to Tsav, “silence is not golden for Jonathan
at this period,” therefore, he should speak out or the
anti-graft agency should invite him.

IPOB urges Nigerians to start telephone war against senators

– An unconfirmed list of Nigerian senators and their
contact details leaked online a few weeks ago
– The Indigenous People of Biafra urged Nigerians to

their responsibilities by calling them since Monday,

IPOB urges Nigerians to call senators
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have urged
Nigerians to start a telephone war against their senators
by bombarding their lines with calls and text messages.
Earlier this month, an unconfirmed list of Nigerian
senators and their contact details leaked online.
The list was released by Sahara Reporters in order to
‘bring the gap closer’ between the people and the
lawmakers. It was also meant for the people to
socialize with their representatives at the Senate.
The IPOB urged Nigerians to remind the senators of
their responsibilities by calling them since Monday, April
25, till Friday, April 29.
According to a statement made by the group on
Saturday 23, people should also remind the senators
that Biafrans have killed nobody, on the contrary, they
can be good neighbours.

“Biafrans, we must go further to call the Zoo-Nigeria
senators, since they have claimed to be blind. Remember
how they fought when Biafra was mentioned some weeks
ago. We must remind them of their responsibilities hence
they have failed to stand up to their responsibilities.
“Remember that they are talking about the creation of
Islamic state in quest of Boko Haram, the most deadly
terrorist group which is one of the strategies of Islamizing
the zoo Nigeria, how much more of we Biafrans that has
not killed nobody? Call them to remind them that Biafrans
has killed nobody, remind them of the price we have paid,
remind them that we can be good neighbours. Below are
the numbers to call.Unconfirmed list of Nigerians senators
and their contact details leaked online,” the group stated.
A few days ago, the IPOB predicted an impending
victory despite spirited antics of its adversaries in the
struggle for a Biafra nation.
According to the group, its struggle has gathered the
desired awareness, momentum, sympathy and outright
support way beyond its expectations.

Blow job requirement every woman should know

Most men love getting blow jobs for a lot of different
reasons. As a woman, it is important that you
understand what is expected if you are heading down
there with your mouth to avoid discomfort and
accidents.
Below are the six things you should keep in mind.
1. Get comfortable: Before beginning the BJ process,
make sure you get in a comfortable position of your
choosing. Since you will be the one doing the ‘job’, your
comfort is important. You can go on your knees while
he stands/sits. You can have him lie down while you
work or you can even lie down yourself and have him
thrust in your mouth, although this position does not
give you any control. The point is, make sure you are
able to keep that position for about five to ten minutes
depending on what you both prefer. Changing positions
mid-work can affect his pleasure.
2. More saliva: When it comes to blow job, you can
never have enough saliva. If you feel your mouth is dry,
then have a glass of water before you begin to keep
things wet and lubricated in your mouth. Seriously, the
more saliva, the better. Have you ever seen porn stars
go at it?
3. Enjoy the process: If you hate giving blow jobs, it’s
best you don’t pretend because a man always knows
when you do not enjoy it. Get in the moment. You are
giving your man one of the ultimate sexual pleasures.
You are the naughty sex kitten capable of taking him to
the peak of pleasure, so enjoy the ride too. Moan, slurp
and suck like you are having a blast.

4. No teeth: No, not even a little bit. During the blow job
party, your teeth is not welcome. Sheath them as you
work. Let your mouth and tongue get busy.
5. Do not overdo things: You do not have to be a porn
star for your man to enjoy getting head from you, so do
not try to deep-throat or try other stunts if you cannot
handle it. You are a sex kitten not a sex slave. If you
have gag reflexes and cannot take all of him in, you can
wrap a hand or two around the base of the penis and
cover the rest with your mouth. As long as things are
well lubricated, he will enjoy it without you having to
overdo things. Remember, you need to enjoy the
process too.
6. Have the ‘swallow’ or ‘no swallow’ agreement: If you
intend to blow him until he cums, then you both need to
agree on whether or not you will swallow. Ultimately,
that decision is yours. If you choose not to, tell him to
give you a signal when he is almost there, like a tap on
the shoulder or something so you can take your mouth
off. If you do choose to take it in your mouth but not
swallow, have a wipe, tissue or cloth nearby to spit into.
If you do choose to swallow (because you’re bad like
that) then kudos. Just make sure you both know what
is expected so there will be no surprises, this can ruin
things.

12-year-old Nigerian rapper challenges Olamide to a contest

Some people discover their talents at a very unfortunate
period of their lives; when they are in hardship. But the
same cannot be said of Oluwatobi Akanbi, a 12-year-old
rapper who boasts the courage of an adult.
tafzent correspondent were in Abeokuta, the Ogun
state capital for the ongoing National Drums Festival,
when this young chap was made to perform on stage.
With the traditional Adire outfit on a pair of jeans
trousers, the youngster whose stage name is T-rapper,
not just dazzled the teeming audience, but was also
spontaneous in some of his remarks.
After the performance, our correspondent caught up
with him and had a brief interview with him. He was
also asked to do a freestyle on the spot.
Master Akanbi, who said that he has been rapping since
he was six, also called out popular award-winning
Nigerian artist, Olamide aka Badoo, stating that he could
match the finesse of the ‘street’ rapper, although his
ultimate goal remains having a collabo with the Eyan
Mayweather crooner.
Below are some pictures of his performance as well as
his interview with our correspondent:

Three factors that prove Buhari’s change is for the worst

Muhammadu Buhari’s victory against Goodluck
Jonathan in the 2015 general election was one many
pundits never saw coming.
Buhari, a retired major-general who contested on the
platform of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) polled
a total of 15,416,221 votes to defeat the incumbent and
candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP)
President Goodluck Jonathan, who got 12,853,162
votes.
Muhammadu Buhari promised to bring about change
during his inauguration.
After three previous failed shots at the presidency,
Muhammadu Buhari was finally moving into Aso Rock,
Nigeria’s presidential palace, as the president of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria.
But this time, the former head of state had secured
victory by tapping into the much desired change
Nigerians sought for decades after suffering in the
midst of plenty.
Buhari and the APC had sold the change mantra to
Nigerians who desperately needed a better life at all
cost, even if it involved voting in a former tyrant who
once ruled the country with iron fists.
In the weeks leading to the election, Buhari had asked
Nigerians not to lose hope because change was
imminent in the country. In a report in the Nation
newspaper dated January 01, 2015, the APC presidential
candidate listed a five-point change agenda which he
promised to implement if elected president. According
to Buhari, the change meant:
– A country that you can be proud of at anytime and
anywhere: where corruption is tackled, where your leaders
are disciplined and lead with vision and clarity; where the
stories that emerge to the world from us are full of hope and
progress.
– A Nigeria in which neither yourselves, nor your parents,
families or friends will have to fear for your safety, or for
theirs.
-A Nigeria where citizens get the basics that any country
should provide: infrastructure that works, healthcare that is
affordable, even free; respect for the environment and
sustainable development, education that is competitive and
outcome-oriented in a knowledge-economy.
– A country that provides jobs for its young people,
reducing unemployment to the lowest of single digits and
providing safety nets so that no one is left behind.
– A Nigeria where entrepreneurship thrives, enterprise
flourishes and the government gets out of your way so that
you can create value, build the economy and aggressively
expand wealth .
Muhammadu Buhari at a campaign rally in the weeks
leading up to the 2015 general elections.
Buhari also emphasised that the above five-point
change agenda was possible to realise through
exemplary leadership.
But having been the slogan with which the APC
achieved tremendous success at the last general
election, it has come as a surprise to many that the
change mantra is yet to translate into socio-economic
prosperity for Nigeria.
Some Nigerians are beginning to feel the change
promised by the current administration is elusive; this
has been heightened by three factors which have made
the change promised by the APC  mirror a change for
the worst.
1. The CBN recruitment scandal
Recent findings that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
secretly recruited children and close relatives of public
office holders and politicians into sensitive and highly
lucrative jobs has been described as a betrayal of the
change mantra of the Buhari administration.
A top official of the CBN, told Sahara Reporters that the
governor of the CBN, Godwin Emefiele, had arranged the
hiring as way of endearing himself to the presidency and
in return for saving his job.
Investigation by Daily Trust revealed that the Central
Bank of Nigeria (CBN) recruited 909 staff in two years
without advertising the vacancies. It is certain that this
clandestine recruitment began before the inception of
the APC administration, but continued after Buhari
became president.
However, what came as a shock to Nigerians was a
story by news website, Sahara Reporters, showing that
among the children and relatives of some of the
influential Nigerians who were dubiously and secretly
hired by the CBN was a nephew of President
Muhammadu Buhari, the so called advocate of the
change mantra.
Other top government officials and party members
whose children or relatives were secretly hired by the
bank include former vice president Abubakar Atiku;
Mamman Daura, a close ally of the president; Inspector
General of Police (IGP) Solomon Arase; the minister of
state for petroleum resources, Ibe Kachikwu, whose
sons were hired, and the minister of interior,
Abdurahman Danbazzau.
The recruitments have drawn widespread
condemnations from Nigerians who suggest that this
shady employment of a select few wouldn’t have come
as a surprise had it occurred under the Jonathan
administration, but the fact that it occurred under the
watch of Muhammadu Buhari who promised a change
to the old policy of ‘man know man’ has left many
disappointed.
In reaction, the Socio-Economic Rights and
Accountability Project (SERAP) has sent an open letter
to Godwin Emefiele, governor of the CBN, requesting
him to “immediately withdraw hundreds of letters of
employment issued following a seriously flawed recruitment
process and to put in place a system of recruitment and
hiring based on the principles of non-discrimination,
transparency, participation and objective criteria such as
merit, equity and aptitude.”
Likewise, the Transition Monitoring Group (TMG), a
coalition of over 400 civil society organizations, has
described the shady recruitment exercise conducted by
the CBN as a betrayal of a change mantra of the Buhari
administration
The group called on President Muhammadu Buhari to
fish out the perpetrators and punish them according to
the law of the land, adding that the reasons given by the
apex bank to embark on secret recruitment exercise
was not acceptable.
But the presidency has not commented on the report,
neither has any of his ministers.
The scandalous recruitment by the CBN has been
viewed by some Nigerians who were sceptic of the
Buhari change mantra as evidence that the Buhari
administration is not different from past
administrations.
2. Perennial fuel scarcity
Goodluck Jonathan’s presidency ended with a biting
fuel scarcity that the suffering masses hoped would
never repeat itself under the Buhari administration. But
that scarcity they so despised is exactly what they’re
grappling with at the moment.
Fuel scarcity has lingered in Nigeria for weeks
The scarcity of petrol has persisted for weeks across
the country as motorists spend close to five hours at
filling stations queuing for the commodity which is not
forthcoming. As if that was not enough, the minister of
state for petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu worsened matters
when he said the current petrol scarcity will continue till
May, and that only “ magic ” could bring a quicker end to
the crisis that has already stretched beyond a month.
In his word: “One of the trainings I did not receive is that of
a magician, but I am working very hard to ensure some of
these issues go away.”
However Kachikwu has retracted his statement and
apologised after drawing scathing criticisms from many
Nigerians, including a senior leader of the ruling APC,
Bola Tinubu, who said the comments were “ insulting” to
the Nigerians facing hardship daily to get petrol.
But from the look of things, Nigerians appear to be more
in need of fuel than apology as evidenced by the queues
at petrol stations across the country.
Kachikwu has assured Nigerians that the queues will
disappear across the nation by April, but the queues
seem to be getting longer even as May approaches.
At a meeting with the Senate committee on petroleum
on Tuesday, March 29, the minister said there was no
immediate solution to the fuel scarcity, because 90 per
cent of Nigerian depots were not functional.
“Most fuel products into Nigeria come from Europe and it
takes 14 days for fuel to land here,” he said.
But Kachikwu made the statement more than 21 days
ago and yet fuel scarcity still persists and the long
queues at the petrol stations remain.
Many Nigerians, including civil society organisations,
analysts and individuals have expressed anger and
disappointment over the on-going scarcity, blaming oil
marketers and President Muhammadu Buhari, who
doubles as the minister of petroleum, for their plight.
Civil society groups, among other Nigerians, have said
that President Buhari, whose presidential campaign had
promised to bring change to the country, has failed to
deal with the problem of fuel scarcity.
Many have also accused Buhari of failing in his promise
to Nigerians to revive the oil sector. Nigerians who
embraced the change mantra preached by the APC
administration expected that things in the oil sector
would change, but the lingering fuel scarcity which
appears to have no end in sight depicts that things in
the oil sector have indeed changed for the worst.
3. Poor power supply
For many years, Nigerians have suffered immensely
from epileptic power supply, but the current the
situation is worsened by the fuel scarcity experienced in
the country. The energy crisis witnessed in most parts
of the country has cast doubts on the ability of former
Lagos state governor, Babatunde Fashola, who now
serves as the minister of works, power and housing to
restructure the power sector.
Some Nigerians have begun to question the rationale
behind appointing Fashola, who is a lawyer to head a
sensitive ministry like the power sector.
Apparently, displeased with the fact that the country
continues to grapple with the problem of power outage
almost a year after Muhammadu Buhari was sworn in
as president, some Nigerians have begun to question
the rationale behind appointing a lawyer to head a
sensitive ministry like the power sector, while others
have called on the president to urgently unbundle the
Ministry of Power, Works and Housing to ensure
productivity.
This was the position of a socio-political group, the
Rescue Nigeria Economy Project which said it was high
time the president realised his mistake and allow
Fashola to focus on one ministry.
In a statement signed by Dennis Alamu-George, its
executive secretary, the group said the current situation
in the country has clearly shown that Fashola lacks
what it takes to combine the three ministries, according
to a report on Daily Independent.
From the perennial power outage experienced across
the country, it is evident that the change President
Muhammadu promised is yet to have any positive
impact on the power sector, and what is baffling is that
despite the unavailability of electricity, the federal
government recently announced a 45% increase in
electricity tariff which led to protests in several states.
As if that were not enough, rather than step up to solve
the challenges of poor power supply, the Buhari
administration has hinged the power outage
experienced across the country on the activities of
vandals.
The presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina has even
asked Nigerians who are complaining about the
incessant black outs and almost non-existent power
supply in the country to go and fight the vandals if they
really needed power.
Below is a video of Femi Adesina asking Nigerians to go
and fight vandals.
It is on record that when Muhammadu Buhari
campaigned to bring change if elected he said his five-
point change agenda was possible to realise through
exemplary leadership.
But for now, the lack of due process witnessed in the
CBN recruitment, the perennial fuel scarcity across the
country and the power blackout have shown that the
much desired change promised by Buhari has not come,
but in a worst form.

Man repeatedly molests 12-year-old daughter and impregnates her in the process

– Man repeatedly molests 12-year-old daughter and
impregnates her in the process
– Forces her to commit a five-month abortion through a
rather crude process
– Youngster undergoes surgery to correct anomalies
– Sources say Bayelsa man is a known pervert and
witnesses are ready to testify against him
Bamekpa, the Bayelsa man who impregnated his 12-year-
old daughter.
A Bayelsa-born father identified as Bamekpa has
reportedly taken his 12-year-old daughter for abortion
after allegedly impregnating her.
The youngster, identified as Queen (surname withheld) is
presently undergoing medical treatment owing to alleged
abuse by her father after suffering serious injuries.
According to The Nation, the young girl is currently in
pains and at a point, bled profusely from her private part
at the Bayelsa hospital where she is presently undergoing
treatment.
Reports say the father, a native of Imiringi, Ogbia local
government area, Bayelsa state, had started defiling Queen
at the age of 11 and had serially molested and eventually
impregnated her.
The girl was forced to abort a four-month-old pregnancy
through a crude process that currently threatens her life
as she told Operation Rescue (OPER), a human rights
group, led by Princess Elizabeth Egbe, that she had to run
away from the house when she could no longer bear her
father’s devilish craving.
“There was nobody to help me. He kept doing it despite
my efforts to stop him. It was a painful and violent
experience. I ran away from home because there was a
time I bled so much from my private part.
“When I became pregnant and he heard about it, he
handed me over to a lady who took me through an
unsuccessful process of abortion. I have been suffering
series of health issues after the abortion,” the young girl
said amid tears.
The girl’s uncle, David Apigi expressed shock at the way
she was allegedly violated by her father, stating that, “My
niece told me the trauma she has been passing through in
her father’s house and how her father has been using her,
turning her to his second wife.
“She said he had sex with her to the extent that he
aborted her four-month-old pregnancy. She ran to me and
begged me not to allow her to return to her father’s house
because she was tired. I decided to accommodate her. The
father started looking for her without knowing she was
with me.”
After reporting the incident at the Kolo police station, Apigi
said he asked them to hold on to enable him make some
investigations and that afterwards, he called his cousin,
Rex Ogboku, in Abuja who subsequently reported the
matter to the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).
FIDA was said to have been sluggish in their response,
and according to Apigi: “My cousin, Rex Ogboku, in Abuja
called FIDA to inform them about the situation. But the
way FIDA was going about the issue was too sluggish for
my liking. I decided to contact the Operation Rescue.
“We went back to the police and the Otuasiga Police
Station arrested the man. The process through which the
Otuasiga Police Station was handling the case was not
satisfactory.
“Imagine a situation where somebody was arrested and
while in detention he was still having access to his phone,
making calls. He even called me. He called my uncle,
trying to plead with him for settlement. I moved the case
to Kolo Police Station.”
The suspect is said to be a known sexual pervert as
allegations arose that he had slept with his biological
sisters, with some of his victims said to be ready to testify
against him in court.
“Our investigations showed that the little girl had been
perpetually raped by her father who impregnated her and
forced her through abortion that has left her with so many
health problems.
“When the girl was pregnant, she did not know. Her
stepmother discovered she was pregnant and informed the
father. The father handed her over to a lady who took her
to a quack doctor for an abortion.
“After the abortion, the girl came back home and
discovered she was bleeding from her private part. The
father took her to that same lady who then took her to
other places. The girl is still in pains and highly
traumatised. She has been going through series of medical
treatments.
“We want the police to really investigate this matter and
get to the root of the case. We want the doctor to be
arrested, and we want everybody that is involved to be
arrested and prosecuted to serve as deterrent to other
people who are involved in this act of perpetual evil
against the girl-child. The girl-child is tender and has a lot
to contribute to nation-building,” Egbe explained further.
